    "post_text": "So I am completely confused. I bought a server yesterday morning, changed the loot economy, animal/zombies quantity and spawn points. Got that all set up and noticed a few people join here and there, so I started a discord server last night around midnight and started adding the LegionKillfeed. I got everything set up added my API token which failed a few times till I fixed the permissions. So today I was trying to edit more make a rules list and see what I could do with the kill feed but I deleted a channel so the kill feed left my server and I tried adding it back. Well the API token wasn't working so I tried to get the bots help and accidentally invited to the server instead. I tried the API a few more times and it failed so I was confused I thought all was fixed when soul messaged me asking what's my problem. I responded and said I'm having a problem with setting it up and this is what they replied 'Of course you're not, you aren't using a token sending ********** to the bot. You're 100% an alt tryna fuck with my shit. You only had my bot in here get a life'. I responded and they stopped texting me. So I joined the kill feeds discord and he had @ me and said what's my problem I said nothing that I just need help, explained and he just kept accusing me of being an alt or something saying because I was the only one in the server I was a fake. I told him I just messed up the channel and he said that my token wasn't a token and that he knows I'm a fake that I have to know who he is because I'm in AGGRO PvP but I've only joined the discord to know the rules other then that I mute all servers unless they specifically @ me. Well he ended up banning me from everything after I asked why he was being so mean and that all I'm trying to do is set up a server for my mom and I. Has this happened to anyone else? Is he always such a douche? He didn't let me prove anything just accused me a bunch and I've never met the dude or had any other interactions yet he was adamant that because I was on aggro I must be some sort of hack or something I'm not sure. I'm just really confused and would like some alternatives to the kill feed I've seen a few but if anyone has any recommendations that are easier for first time users I'd be appreciative.\n\nUPDATE: Soul responded and made a fake account which he accused me of, to comment on this post 2 months later after a few others came forward about his behavior towards them.\n\nUPDATE #2: Soul has made multiple fake accounts now and is still commenting on this post 6 months later!! Moreover. there are concerning issues with manipulation tactics and the handling of unencrypted information through his bot. Which raises serious privacy and security concerns. This man has severe issues and unresolved personal trauma which he vents on his paying customers but also his staff. His general page just consist of him bad mouthing clients who are just generally looking for assistance when the Legionkillfeed bot is down, and this happens regularly. Soul has an army of alt accounts and he's not afraid to send them after people who have offend him. Now include this with his violent demenor and you understand why this man doesn't have any time to properly respond to tickets. He is just too busy threatening server owners and other people who stand up against his abuse. His responses are often hilariously delusional. Just go to the legion website, and his broken character shines bright tru the pages he wrote himself, also when I see the other reviews on this site I realised that all 5star reviews is just soul trying and failing to maintain a fake composer. You ain't fooling anyone buddy! I would high recommend using any other bot, Such as DZB killfeed. And to stay clear of Soul and his minions.",

The response from the owner was sarcastic and dismissive, including telling me he “didn’t have the time nor the crayons to explain things” as a bot reply bear in mind I’m a paying customer asking a reasonable question about a broken feature. When I pushed back calmly on the tone, things escalated further from his end with swearing and personal jabs. I kept my replies measured throughout. Shortly after, my access to the bot was revoked despite having 16 days left on my paid subscription. The bot itself, when working, is decent. But the customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced from any paid service. If you can’t handle a paying customer asking why your product isn’t working without resorting to insults, you shouldn’t be running a subscription business.
